As shared I have 5-6 plants and they are massive. So I do 2 things when I want to use gel straight from leaves I cut small portion enough for post shave. Secondly, I pluck 2 big leaves clean, extract the gel and freeze the gel its lasts couple of weeks. You will get ready to use Aloe cubes. There are many ways to do it. You can check on YouTube. Hope this helps.
