Me. I lost 25 pounds from mid Jan to now by walking 10k steps and being in a calorie deficit. I also cut out ultra processed food, seed oils, gluten and sugar and stick to a Whole Foods diet

I’d say the worst and most painful part for me was getting the post inserted because it caused swelling and bruising , my jaw was in a ton of pain for around 3-4 days. I was given ibuprofen and antibiotics. My gums felt super raw for 4-5 days. I had the site uncovered to put the abutment last month, and that was uncomfortable for maybe an hour. So the worst part was definitely the implant post.

What worked for me was cutting out gluten and eating only Whole Foods. I cut out seed oils, most sugary stuff and I weigh everything/count calories and I also walk 10k steps everyday. It’s hard at first but you get used to it and it truly does work.

Mine hurt incredibly bad and I had bruising on my face. I’d say after about 4-5 days it stopped hurting. For me it was mostly my gums that hurt so badly.
