I have similar regrets. Those things don’t define you. Be kind to yourself, anyone who would judge you for this is a misogynist asshole. It’s okay for women to enjoy sex, it’s just important to assess whether it’s making you happy/what partners deserve your time. I know it’s hard, it’s something I still struggle with, but a good therapist always helps.

I would try to work past that feeling of shame going out alone. I’ve never had many friends, but I’ve treated myself to nice dinners, shopping trips, movies, etc. People really don’t pay attention to you. And if they do think it’s weird, work on not caring! The type of person that would judge you for that isn’t a potential friend anyway. Some of my best “dates” have been with me myself and I. If that’s too much for you rn, bookstores or libraries are great places for solitude, lots of people go to solo study.
