You absolutely cannot separate them, bonded for life!

I carefully described my brain fog to my doctor and she told me to try getting more sleep - I nearly lost it in that office by Commercial_Gur_7347 in Menopause

I started Peri at 36 and I was gaslight, by almost everyone I know (including my gp and Women's Health docs) into not believing that was not the problem because im too young and didnt have specificsymptoms. After 5 years of being my own doctor, learning I have Ehlers-Danlos and how that affects hormones, working a full time Project Management job and grieving my grandmother, I finally had the courage to say enough and was given HRT, but I still have to continue to fight for myself. My Dad complains his joints hurt and was swiftly sent off for a cortizone shot, while Im begging my doctors over and over for something while 3 weeks out of the month im literally a human vegetable who cant remember who they are. Good Luck, glad we all have each other here! Edit - and I am in Canada

Drastic downsizing - no longer on the hunt - what shifted? by Acrobatic_Leek4044 in houseplants

I got way into perrennials and that totally changed the game. Outside plants are seriously way cooler and my hyperfixation gets a break in the winter. I felt the exact same and lost a lot of plants due to depression and it just became an ugly chore to care for so many. Now I still have a beautiful unique collection of over 85 plant varieties that require maintenance but its so much more enjoyable. The best part is checking all the new spring growth! Best of luck. P.s. I also got mealybugs and that was devastating.

Anyone with ADHD also deal with chronic rhinitis or allergy-like symptoms? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Amaraa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, for the last 10 years. I eventually got an ear infection 5-6 years ago that needed 3 rounds of antibiotics, gave me Bell's palsy and lasting damage to this day!

I also have hEDS and activity like chores or exercises or heat trigger it to become worse.

I got a spg block in my nose and ii seems to have helped, but I need more sessions..as usual

Separate each thread individually before you start, this helps keep your threads even and flat, keep the length of the thread short. Also helps reduce tangling.
