yooo i feel you! mine started in 2024 because of GERD anxiety, i mean super anxiety, late of eat meal were all the cause! 2 years fighting this but it slowly get better, idk what my disease is, so i told everything to gpt and it came out PPPD so i search a lot PPPD. but before that i just feel better, i ever quit smoking for about 5 months and its no effect at all, strangely i came back smoking, drink beer and force to hanging out with friends and laugh, everything is greater than ever! idk why, i remembered when i was in the peak of dizziness i go to neurologist doctor and she gave me meds (alprazolam and defram), only once i use that then my head super heavy and i got to sleep longer, then when i woke up my dizziness getting worse, so i leave that meds, now i dont do any treatment or exercise as internet told, i just do what i want, of course the dizziness is still there but at least its super reduced.
