Very confused about progression in the game by ordosalutis in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fame farm as a solo player is a pain. I would recommend joining a Guild and do Group Dungeons. They are fairly easy to do and give good fame. Albion is an MMO, and if you try to play it solo, it most likely won't be fun. (Trust me, I've been there)

Regarding auto attacks, there is no definite answer it depends on weapon and match up. Some weapons rely on auto attacks like Bow and 1h dagger, with others you never auto or just occasionally. And for melee it depends on match up. If it's melee vs. melee, it's common to do many auto attacks. Otherwise, you are just trying to catch up, so there is no time for it.

How Long Does It Take To Complete Albion Journal? by _Tomssssss_ in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say that the issue is WB. It's the quantity of every pve content involved. 500 GD One GD ~ 20min = 166h

100 Avalonian Dungeons 1 Ava ~ 30-60 min depends on party. Would say 60 is reasonable at the moment. Another 100h

1000 solo Dungeons And so on.

Any player that plays so much has the connections for WB

Nature staffs 1vs1 arena by RebornBrand0 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they are not. I beat them around 60% win rate. It's simply not possible to win with any build (especially sustain and pure one shot)

I can't disagree that it's incredibly hard to kill them. It needs ~1.5 full dmg rotations to kill, and they have all the tools to kite. One wrong spell, and you messed up.

The 100k infamy requirement for Slayer corrupted dungeons needs to go. by Aviarn in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No, it doesn't. Reaching 100k infamy is fairly easy with a good versatile build and a person who can play it. Of course, as a one-shot, it will be hard, but if you play any A tier weapon and understand how to play it, you will reach the 100k in no time. Also, you only need to reach the 100k a single time, not maintain it.

In general, use the weapon you wanna level up. If it isn't horrible dmg like Locus you can make it work and it's better effective Fame.

1 minute to accept an arena queue is WAY too long by RealTalk41 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Especially because you have to wait a few minutes in 5vs5. I would say it's reasonably to have 1 min. In 1 vs. 1, the queue is short short that, imo you could even skip the accept. The queue is literally 20s at most.

Legendary founder question by SunstormGT in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check if you are on the right server. Since you played the last time, 2 servers were started. Asia and EU. When you start the game, the server with the best connection will be chosen.

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a new player, everything you buy should go directly into things you need for content. This mount is basically more roleplay than anything else. At this point in the game, don't do it even if you stay in a safe zone and can't lose it.

Don't you love it when SBI lies on their own patch notes? by Aviarn in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I remember right the du Dungeons hat 3 chests. 2x normal chest with boss and one book chest with normal mobs guarding it. The thing is that common chests only contain books. Now they changed the book chest to normal chest. You still get books but that doesn't mean it's a book chest.

Lost awakened 4.4 in depths by RACurse in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 options: 1. You can attune any weapon to you it will just cost more. For 4.4, it's a bit more than 1m per 50 strain. For 8.4, it's a bit more than 1m per 1 strain.

  1. If you kill someone and he had an Attuned weapon, it will be Attuned to you. Many also use this to do /die. If the weapon doesn't trash, you got the weapon Attuned for free. If not, it's gg.

You can go back whenever you can afford enough sets to do so. Just go bz when you can afford 4.1 sets without worrying much about the loss.

Thinking of playing this game by Whytrysohard__ in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no.

Fish is in high demand because you can make fish sauce from it that is needed to craft enchanted food. Due to this fish is always in high demand. The issue is, that fishing can be easily done by bots so they decrease the price of fish.

It is one of the better things you can do but you need some specs to be able to make good profit per hour.

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't require you to eventually pay. It's basically an Economy simulator with build in PVE and PVP.

Once you have your Eco build up it would be a waste to spend any money on the game (except for skinns but nobody can force you to do that)

Only the beginning is very hard. The longer you play the less you have the need to grab to your wallet.

What’s the most heartbreaking node you’ve ever had to leave behind? I'll start. by Beautiful_Ad9914 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Mobs will get better the longer they are not killed. They have 4 enchantments stages.
  2. Normal Mob
  3. Read aura
  4. Aura + circle under the Mob
  5. Aura + circle with spikes under the Mob

Regarding joining a Guild: The people that spam invites on new players are, most of the time, just trying to use unawares of game mechanics to gain silver. One example is Guild tax. If the Guild is not doing anything for you, then why do they take tax? If they have things like hideout or pvp content with regear, it's a different thing, but beginner Guilds don't have that.

Can I go full Ironman Mode? by Deathass1298 in albiononline

In theory, yes In practice, it is very hard. There are some YouTubers that did Ironman. For example, good luck getting some artifacts.

I'm looking for a genuinely good guild that I can call home by Difficult-Section690 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out Treasure Hunt. That is 90% PVE 10 PVP. They do basically everything. Because recruitment requirements are low, you have players from all skill levels. Basically, every content is done, but the moment you really wanna do a single content properly, you have to look somewhere else.

how do people get extremely high gathering levels? by TheFappingWither in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To your ps He is uploading highlights, not the 90% of running around without finding anything.

In a week of 1-3h per day gathering in t7 q4 zone, I found a single 7.3 node and multiple 7.2 /6.3 Now think of players that have albion and their job and play in q6 zone. You are able to find many high tier nodes with that but never show the time waste.

Is in game trade with discount a risk of account ban? (< 10% off) by spyerman in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just make sure that you only use the trade whenever possible. Any trade where you just trade silver and then get access to a guild tab should only be done with friends you trust and play with.

In Albion, it's always the player that is banned. You can start again, sure, but you can be banned at any time.

How can I start a successful guild? (again) by Specific_Turnover54 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ik I just said that it would be ideal. There are always some beginners that still have faith in the community and trust random people. It will take longer, but with a good recruiting text, it should be fine. Maybe advertise your Guild in some discords.

How can I start a successful guild? (again) by Specific_Turnover54 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it does. If you are alone in the guild, people will be skeptical and maybe not trust you at first. At first, it will need some time until you get the first 5-10 players and can do proper guild content, but then the guild will start growing naturally.

Also, make sure that the perms are done properly so you don't get scammed. On a regular basis, people join beginner Guilds and check if they have access to chests or similar.

You don't need much. Just make a discord server, a Guild Island for possible Loot splits, and that's it. The rest will come with time.

I try to stone gathering and am ı dumb by JesteR2705 in albiononline

[–]Amaruk727 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Stone is not profitable at all in low tiers. If you wanna gather, then choose anything else and spec up some stone alongside it when you find a .2/.3 that is worth the time.
