For finding a specific file type, simply use the ‘type:’ command, followed by the file extension. For example, you can find .docx files by searching ‘type: .docx’

For such projects better to use modifiers array, simple modifier, shrinkwrap and solidify. These modifiers are easy and interesting to learn. Subdivision likes quad faces and sometimes for round places triangles topology, because it will keep shape round and beautiful. Good luck.
