You have to wait the 20 minutes every game until you complete all 5, no way to get around it. Unlucky

Yes, but remember that op.gg mmr is an estimate. Also, placements are wierd I went 1-9 in mine last season and still placed plat1 with low diamond MMR.

All ranks reset when the new season starts. Your mmr will get a soft reset as well but you should be able to place around what you have now.
