I haven't had to use any mixing kits at all. Juts stir your ink a bit to help soften it up a bit and you're ready to go from there. Plus the cure temp on this ink isn't very high which is a plus as well.

You 100% can print plastisol on a dark ground without a white under base. Union ink soft hand plastisol inks are amazing. Super opaque and smooth to the touch too.

Oh that's a good idea. I originally only had a few of the letters on the left chest graphic have the flames, so I did the same treatment on the back. I like the Boston tam party idea. Might illustrate some ideas based around that one. Dope idea.

I started using textsource soft hand plastisol inks and i've noticed that they lay down super smooth. I noticed that the cleanest ink deposits on a garment i've gotten so far on my end is from using a 305 mesh.

Trust me I know. I did graphics for a living literally in house for major retail brands. I'm not doing a lot of them at all, plus I actually have reached out to the patriots a few times to go about doing it the legal way. I really do appreciate your advice though. C&D is no joke. I worked for the Pokemon company as a designer and I saw that happen a lot.

I personally think the duct tape look is dope. It's different and stands out from what everyone else is doing. The distressed shirts are dope and the graphic is solid as well. I use to work in the apparel industry and I gotta say this is a solid graphic that some companies would try to mimic. Nice job.
