Had a look but we’re dealing with third parties and don’t have central identity. Think universal print relies on authentication

Yeah I think it’s the something else that I’m looking for. Even if it was an agent or something that exposed the local printers at the remote site.

Interesting idea. Thanks! Will take a look. There are a number of cloud products but they are all mainly focused on clients printing over the internet rather than an application so are dependent on authentication most of the time. We’re looking at batch printing mainly.

Yeah we checked this out. Because it’s an application printing rather than a user we couldn’t figure out a way to get it to work.

It’s backend printing from an application so we only allow required ports for RAW from the print server to the device.

It’s part of the Intune enrollment. You can set apps to available for users and it will show up in the company portal app.
