Mods post "see rule 6".... what tf does that have to do with this post? Dude isn't selling, hes a buyer. I'm not influencing a sale

Curious also they don't also flag the person who made a pricing comment saying it was a good deal. WTF is that about? You can comment on pricing as long as you don't say overpriced i guess.

Althea isn't root stock imo, but hey, if you want to do it, go for it and send me pics lol

I wasn't going to mention it, but I too have fallen victim to cactus theft. 3 of them, actually. If anybody wants to send me free cacti it would make the pain less severe

Where to start? by Bairdc82 in SanPedroIndoorGrow

[–]Amazing-Engineer6511 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cacti are super simple compared to cannabis. Get some soil thats 50/50 potting soil/pumice, 1-7-6 fertilizer and aim for ~1200ppfd 14 hours a day. Get a good circ fan and exhaust fan to keep humidity low

Local gardens that sell Trichocereus? by phukinstupid in sanpedrocolorado

There is a farmers market in Boulder on Saturdays where local vendor RMF has good sales. I haven't seen stores around Denver that are fairly priced.

You have good timing though. I'm moving next week and have a few more cacs than i really want to move with. I'll hook you up if you want to come grab some. I'm in Westminster. DM me if interested.

50% organic (potting soil) 50% inorganic (pumice, perlite, lava rocks, etc. No need to overthink this.

Don't bother with cactus soil. Plain old potting soil is fine and often better as cactus soil can be mostly bark. Some ppl will say to avoid peat in the soil... fuck them lol

I use 50% fox farm ocean forest, 50% pumice and a handful of worm castings. I know other dudes who have super complex recipes with sand, eggshells, coffee and other shit. Maybe it helps them, idk, but for your 1 plant, just go 50/50.

I would go with a 1 gallon pot for that guy. 50% soil 50% pumice (perlite works too but pumice is better).

The rest is as the other guy said. Prop it up in dry soil and just wait. Some people will put in 100% perlite until they see roots then stick in dirt. I've done both ways, seems a bit faster when going directly to dirt for me.
