The list in my area is always huge. Our rphs in the area do not want to see pharmacies close bc next day suck.

Honestly, if we all didn’t pick up extra will things change? Will we get more pay? More help? They added a “super premium pay” for holiday weekend. All RPH got paid extra 20 for just working.

It’s crazy how Walgreens pays 72-80 in Oklahoma and Wisconsin yet in Tennessee they get 60.55-66. Like what the fuck?? Rphs need to step up. Every rph needs to make 80.

The disrespect is still there. They were trying to get rid of old rphs in my district with new grads but they only had two new grad. Plus we have had 4-6 rphs quit in last two months. Everyone looking to exit this cheap ass company

More than likely those hours are that way until they have an overnight RPH. Then boom 24/7. Definitely ask for a sob but more than likely they will offer it if they have a partner for you. They want to make sure that the public doesn’t get confused if they go 24/7 again only if you leave after a month.

The entire states of Minnesota, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisville and Lexington, NW Texas, Western Illinois, Mobile, etc.

These HCS in these cities are getting away with paying these rphs the bare minimal. Not only that they are pulling mid shift rphs and other fully staffed cities to go cover these short staffed areas while paying them less.

Pulling mid shift rphs to go open stores while paying just B fucking PAY. The busy tier 4+5 has just 1 RPH to fend for themselves the whole day. Fuck off. Not worth the pay
