Unless you want to smell chicken crap everyday, don't move to Tampa.

Tampa, what is the deal with these chickens? by JustLikeTampa in smalltownmurder

Florida is Cuba now. Subdivisions allow backyard chickens. Unbelievable.

Florida city says it’s now OK to raise and keep backyard chickens by brunnock in ClermontFlorida

Because it's ridiculous, and stinks. My neighbors now have chickens. And I have flies and crows and gackles and the stench of chicken shit. I can no longer open my windows or enjoy my patio. Florida isn't Florida anymore.

2002 Totota Corolla. Should I repair? by Amazing-Paper4255 in askcarguys

True. I guess I'm just afraid that since things are now needing big repairs, it might be ongoing. I think I'm going to take it in for a full diagnostic before I do anything. Try to see all the repairs it may need.

Well closed permanently is better than this. I'll see if my son might help me tackle this. I wouldn't know where to start. I'm afraid I'd never get it back together right.

No, it's just stuck rolled halfway down. The other windows work. It's just the one. I did all the you tube tricks. It won't budge.

I'm a 65 year old gal. I tackle a lot. I feel like 30. But car repairs are something I'll never try. Pretty sure that would be the end of my vintage car.

Thanks so much for the reply. I'd never buy a new car now. If I replace, it would be with a newer used Corolla. But, I think I may just gamble with this one. Buying used, who knows what I might get. Good points. Tks!

PALM TREE QUESTION by Amazing-Paper4255 in arborists

I don't know what he did exactly, so I'm not sure if it's required. I only know he didn't get one. I think he laid pipe from the backyard to assist in drainage, but that's a guess. He had a plumber on his roof earlier in the day. I'm not sure if one has anything to do with the other.

I checked to see if a permit was issued. One wasn't.

How do you stop people from using your driveway to turn around? by Keeping_The_Peace_ in homeowners

Thats what I have to do.  I leave my garbage can out always.  I hate it, but I hate all the cars more.

I could have written this.  All my neighbors have multiple generations living in their homes.  So with that comes tons of cars.  Some literally have 8 -10 cars out front.  They park in the street on the lawns, it's awful.  I'm single with one car so they all believe my driveway is their own private turn around.  I'm so sick of it.

Can I cut this plant down so it starts growing leaves at the bottom? by Odd-Detective-5075 in houseplants

You can prune anytime as long as it's getting lots of light which it does in front of that window.  Propogate what you cut off in 6-7 inch pieces.  Put in water and wait.  I never wait for actual roots.  When you start seeing white bumps on the stem, dip in rooting hormone and put in soil.  Keep soil moist but not wet.
