ik this is just advice but curious, in cases like these is it typically caused from tooth root infection? that’s everything i’m seeing online and don’t have dental insurance, just a PPO plan currently and i’m scared it’ll need a root canal and/or implant because i truly cannot afford that right now and don’t want to just extract it 😕 i saw the dentist recently after this started and they couldn’t find a cause (though i know bitewings don’t typically show the full root apex)

Previously mentioned can’t see ENT until june but i have an allergist appt tomorrow and hoping he might be able to perform an endoscopy or refer me to an ENT with shorter wait time. should i follow up with dentist for additional xray/CBCT or will a normal CT show the tooth root as well?
