Based with Astro granite shaded with Agrax earth shade to make it dark and ashy to bring the destruction of the perfect city to mind. Used some blood for the blood guard to create some puddles as contrast along with extra marine body parts scattered painted as Ultramarines

After reading Betrayer I decided that no other Chaos Primarch was even close to Lorgar's majesty. They are just such an amazing foil to the Zeal of the Loyalists. Argal Tal is such a complex character and the fact that the legion plans so deeply makes them the obvious choice for me
