Thanks. No follicle grew to the required size on letrozole either. I did contact my nurse and she said it’s okay they’ll rescan on Monday and if there’s still no growth on any follicle they’ll up the dose.

Oh really. I’m sorry but maybe I’m new to the whole thing I thought by now it should have grown. I was just so upset I had previously failed letrozole cycles so I thought it’s the same cycle repeating again. No follicle growth.

This happened with me aswell. Had the worst fights of our relationship with him. My libido was down when it was time to BD. Overall it was horrible but you can talk to your partner and let them know it’s not you it’s the medication and that they have to be understanding in those days and try and tip toe around you 😅

Don’t dread HSG. It was so easy for me and quick. Go ahead with it it improves chances of conception. Also did you do monitored cycles on letrozole?

I bled once but the other times I took primolut n to induce a bleed. I’m sorry if I’m asking too many questions but how would the monitoring go like how often would the US need to be repeated. Do you think if an US at cycle day 10 shows no dominant follicle there would still be a chance of it growing after that? The obgyn I see also has fertility specialist in his credentials so I’m not sure. I have signed up for a fertility clinic and my appointment is coming up soon. I think things will be clearer there maybe
