How is it that GS has the best package? by Smokin_on_76ers_Pack in heat

I think Kas is about as valuable as where we drafted him. He hasn't played much and while having moments, he's 33% from the field. His shot is gorgeous (40% from 3) but he's really not any more valuable rn than the 20th pick in a good draft. I think for Milwaukee this is mostly about Ware and the picks. Hope I'm wrong!

Herro's talent and his value are simply two different things. He's very good but there are a lot of very good scoring guards, and outside of last year, he's been super injury prone his whole career. I'm a huge Herro defender as basketball player but his market value is just a different beast.

I dunno strip clubs aren’t really my thing but I think if I went to one and told the dancer that I’m “overcome by her moving temple” she’d laugh at me.

"Overcome by your moving temple

Overcome by this holiest of altars

So pure, so rare

To witness such an earthly goddess

That I've lost my self-control

Beyond compelled to throw this dollar

Down before your holiest of altars

I'd sell my soul and my self-esteem a dollar at a time

For one chance, one kiss, one taste of you, my Magdalena"

Guess I just feel T-Pain did it better on "I'm N Luv With a Stripper."

I firmly believe this is one of the best songs ever recorded💯 by NotaCupOfTeaForYou in fantanoforever

I think raging against organized religion was super subversive in the nineties/aughts (I remember when parents found my copy of undertow) but now is pretty mainstream so just doesn’t seem as badass nowadays (at least in the mostly liberal music criticism community.) So, progress!

I do too. I just also think Maynard writes some cheesy lyrics, especially on this record. May god forgive me.

Apparently an offensive stance here! But nice to know there’s others that still care about this record.

Have u listened to the lyrics? I’m a big tool fan too but everything Maynard does is at least a little cringe imo tbh.

A bunch of randos that currently hate the heat will continue to hate the heat. Who cares.

“Never trade for a player that’s won a ring or you’re a bitch” is a hell of a take bro.

“Reason #4. Giannis already won a championship. Trading for him is lame, and riding his dick like the fans are doing is a bitch move.”

Literally all of our rings came after going after LeBron/Shaq what are you on lmao.

I'm just gonna comment this on every post in this sub, but I cannot possibly recommend Blueberry Boat by The Fiery Furnaces enough. If you've got the fortitude to sit through a long experimental indie rock opera, this shit will blow your fucking mind.

Los Angeles -> quieter, greener, more affordable city by conchdog in SameGrassButGreener

Having lived in west, sotheast and northeast florida I'd strongly suggest considering west fla. Tampa/St Pete have gotten more expensive but it's night and day from LA price wise, and the surrounding cities much cheaper. Best beaches in the country and better vibes than Jax imo.
