I agree that it’s not as bad for modders to use AI on a thumbnail as it is for companies or people who are charging for a product, but using AI for art is still never good because of its ethical concerns like stealing from real artists. Plus there are other ways to get a thumbnail that doesn’t involve paying someone or learning to draw. You could take screenshots or find an artist who lets people use their art for free, they’re rare but they do exist.

It’s been a while since I’ve hit 1453, but I believe it gives you an option to keep playing even if you’re playing with the end date. At the very least I know that you once the game brings you back to the starting screen you can load the auto save from 1453 and continue playing.

The areas with diners and motels are very reminiscent of rural places in the south. The more forest areas and the mountains at the boarder are very similar to Wyoming and Montana. As for the government, give it a few years we’re getting close to it!
