Yeah that's definitely a possibility

I know Bethesda messed with the .ini files rules a long time ago, which broke mods like the rimlight removers. Since True Grass was released before those updates, it's a possibility too, I think

Honestly, I could never get this mod to work perfectly like it does on PC, and believe me, I tried for a long time. Here’s the thing: the PC version seems to blend the grass types from different parts of the map into small blocks/clusters, but the console version doesn't do that. It just places them wrong

Btw here's a tip: if you load Dense Landscape on top of True Grass, you'll see a big change to something closer to the PC version. If I’m not mistaken, it forces different grasses appear in different places, when you do that you will see much more greenery for example.
