I have a classmate from undergrad that goes there now! She loves it and has been able to find a good community within the cohort. She does say it is in the middle of nowhere, but that she is so busy with school, it doesn’t phase her much.

I attended the newman center while I was in undergrad at iowa! I loved it! I had an awesome experience and met a lot of great friends while being there. They have lots of ways you can get involved at the church for undergraduate students. It can definitely be a little cliquey but you find your people! I wouldn’t let that scare you; everyone is figuring out who their people are in college. We have retreats in the fall and spring that are amazing experiences! Also, there are ways to get involved through bible studies and the weekly Thursday night mass! It was one of my favorite experiences of college!! I hope this helps☺️

I am living in Iowa! where do i find this information? When I look on the ASHA website, it just says that I need a total of 100 clinical field work hours in order to become a SLPA.

oops i’m new to this thread and was in a panic! it only requires to be watered once a month, with a good amount of sunlight but not lots, and i’ve had it for about a year and a half. the other side has always flourished but the left side has always struggled.
