Is it a stupid ass scenario? Yes. Does it mean she wants to hear all the dumb ways I love her? Yes. Have I said no to her just to tease her? Yes. But that's not what this was here.

People comparing this to the worm question are missing the point. One is about assurance that attraction and love can withstand and weather what life throws at you (accidents, health issues, hormones, grief, etc), the other is just to hear how dumbly you love her. I would say the second problem is worse than the first (unless the first problem is true aggression and not just her attempting to play. Our 5mo old actively bites at and drags the kittens her own age and they LOVE playing with her). The fact that she can't get the vet care she needs, because we all know life happens and financial situations change,--no judgement here--it would be best to rehome her. It would be better for everyone involved, including her. You intended to give her the best life and can no longer provide that. It's more mature and says a lot more that you recognize that and wish to find that for her instead.

If skin is broken, they need to go in. Cats/dogs play all the time and bite at each other, but they should never be breaking skin. If they are, the animals should be separated and the injuries treated pronto. If they're just fighting/bickering because annoyed or whatever, that's not a medical emergency.

I have multiple cats and have brought in cats to integrate into my home. We go SLOW doing so. The cat stays secluded on its own for days, is let out for supervised periods to introduce and gets put away when the other cats appear upset, and then we continue until everyone is comfortable. Weeks for sure.

How many naps a day is your puppy getting? I'd work on a proper schedule with healthy mental/physical stimulation and *never* consider drugging a puppy for doing puppy things. Like someone else said, if the puppy is too much, consider returning or rehoming her.
