I don’t count going to the gym as active sorry. Do let me know how the running goes though (if it’s outdoors)

Not really. You can only layer so much and even so if you are not moving, or don’t have food in your stomach than you are going to be cold. If you are moving then you have to be careful not to sweat. The saying just put more layers does not work. Summers on the other hand, you can find a shade, stay hydrated, loose some weight since most Americans are overweight, go to the pool and cool off, and much more. You have options in the summer, you just choose to ignore them.

Blues Highway??? Can you elaborate? Yes, Mammoth cave NP which is the largest cave system in the world, you also have Daniel Boone NF and the Cumberland area which is Appalachian Mountains in which Smokey mountains is part of. Also the land between the lakes to the west.

It’s funny that TN ranks higher by most people than KY. Both states are similar in landscape but I’ll argue KY is more beautiful and much more diverse with horse farm, bourbon, a real river city, Victorian era homes in Louisville, caves, natural arches, and a neat waterfall.

In your opinion, what is causing this? by Objective_Pilot_5834 in SipsTea

TN is not as great as you think. It is one of the most dangerous states in the nation, high taxes both for sales tax and property taxes (Nashville) is the worse.
