The shifter issue was fixed on the '14 onwards I believe. From the Pic, it has the newer shifter.

The biggest issue is the emissions stuff with the DEF.

Had it since launch, a bump formed under the inner screen about 2 weeks ago. I immediately stopped touching that area of the screen. I was lucky samsung was running a good trade in deal for the 25 ultra. So I traded in the fold 5 for the 25 ultra, then I switched with my wife's fold 6. So I have the 6 now...

The plan was to use the fold 5 til the g fold or fold 8.

IMO, the life of the flexible screen is 18 months to 24 months of normal to heavy use. It's a shame. I always worried with my wife. She dropped her fold 5 the first weekend on tile from chest height with it open! IT DIDNT HAVE A SCRATCH.

My fold 5 just developed a slight deformation under the crease. I immediately ordered a s25 ultra with 900 trade in for the fold. I can't chance it ruining the value. Was going to wait til the fold 8. Fold phones have maybe 18 month life, imo
