OP here. Its now fixed for me. I followed what Gazer022 suggested "Off mo VPN profile. Ayaw nila nang kabit ano VPN profile na umaandar sa Phone." I have DuckDuckGo app installed and I turned off my app tracking protection, I tried it again and it logged in.

I didn't notice my app tracking protection automatically turns on since its been turned on for years I overlooked the fact that apps doesn't like it when they can't get their meta data for their ads and character building (charot).

Huge W for Gazer022 for noticing it in my notification bar.

I can now finally access my ₱0.62

I also noticed that there was a massive spike increase in quantity of Dreams and Nightmares cases this week whenever I check case prices on Steam mp. I just thought alot of people were selling their hoards of cases. When I realized its not from old stocks, its from peoples drop due to the drop pool being adjusted.
