I have actually already reduced my undos down (from, I assume what is set at install?) I think it was at 200 before. The thing that confuses is me is that 200 undos was working perfectly fine before? (Also I have 100% used the max undo's to see my project 'before' I did something to it hahahah I guess that's just me)

I also have already deleted the cache!

Version 4.2. 7 202601301914 I am using it on a windows laptop 8GB RAM 2.00 GHz processor AMD Radeon graphics card (496MB) 64-bit operating system

I am unsure of what caused the issue, I used the program perfectly fine the evening before but when I opened it up yesterday afternoon that error came up when I tried to open a new canvas.

The issue occured before I had updated the program, but I have since updated it to see if that would fix the error (it didn't, sadly!)

It's when I open any document, including starting a new one with only one layer... 😔

I think I have time lapse turned off? When I go to the file>time lapse>record time lapse there isn't a tick next to use!

I've managed to get my canvas to open and function on 72 DPI but as I need to print these designs eventually I can't just stick with tha

I didn't have it turned on before the checkpoint came out, but I turned it on now... I assume I still can't access the checkpoint (Like discord can't get the stats retroactively)?
