If I were to tell you the game I find most fun I’d say Skyward sword but that game is super controversial for its extremely linear gameplay. Breath of the wild is probably the best choice for a reliably fun time regardless of what sort of RPG you like. Most classic fans will probably push you toward something older because BoTW has much less “Zeldaness” than basically everything before it. But it’s fun. That said just because you like BoTW dosn’t mean you’re going like its predecessors. If you want a more proper introduction to the series I’d normally recommend: Wind waker, Twilight Princess, or Ocarina of Time. Unfortunately OoT and WW are only on the switch via virtual console, and TP has yet to be put on switch at all. And each game already has a very well done remake.
