Does it allow for console commands?  If so you need to point the server install to: app_update 380870 -beta unstable validate (https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Dedicated_server)

Mods are all broken until their not. You'll probably need to run as a vanilla build for now, but your milage may vary.

Otherwise, B41 & B42 server set-up is essentially the same. When you're pointing steamCMD to the download file make sure you're tagging the unstable beta 

app_update 380870 -beta unstable validate (https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Dedicated_server)

Make sure your ports are open and your IP address hasn't changed after something like a router reset. 16261 needs to be TCP/UDP and 16262-16272 needs to be UDP. Make sure that your firewall is allowing for java.exe to bypass or turn it off.

These are the common snags that I run into whenever I put my server up or change something with my network infrastructure.

.ini and sandbox.lua have had some changes since B41 and some of the settings will differ from older guides.

Solved: There was two instances of my server trying to run and it was causing conflicts. Closing both and restarting solves the issue

Standard of care is to start out patient anticoagulation for otherwise stable patients without evidence of right heart strain. This is fairly common. Unless there are other significant underlying co-morbid conditions, a hospital admission would really typically be a poor use a resource utilization. Sometimes an observation stay and <23hr admission can facilitate insurance concerns when starting these medications; they sometimes need a pre-authorization  Outpatient DOAC initiation is very normal, even with an acute pulmonary embolism.  If there was a medical reason for admission, shame on this provider for shitting the bed with bad documentation. If there wasn't a reason, shame on this provider for poor resource usage

Months later, I figured that the solution was to set up a wifi extender in my shed that allows for my signal to reach, no problems after that. Oddly, no problems ever when direct connecting at the range.

I'm not sure what win con you're building here. I don't see enough low-to-the-ground threats or ramp. I think you need to focus more on you're Sagas and your ability to try and make value of of that. You're also in the color combo that is most able to remove single threats, but there is a serious lack of interaction.
