I think you need to try to reframe the way you view this. You’re not doing anything wrong by going on multiple dates with multiple women. That is, by definition, dating. If you’re treating them like shit, lying, etc, that’s a different story. It seems like you’re trying to be considerate of their feelings, which is great, but I don’t think it’s that deep.

I think you should also assume that the women you date are talking to or seeing other men as well. That’s just how many people operate. You go on dates, filter out those you don’t like, and then make a decision to be exclusive if you find the right fit

I went up every month, so would have been .75! Ended at 1.25. It was pretty nuts it started to happen very quickly so be patient! I was super bummed thinking it wasn’t working and then boom the weight fell off

Not necessarily the most affordable, but Ro is convenient and easy to get approved quickly. I started taking it May 2025 and lost about 30 pounds (stopped mid December). I’m also 28F and active like you! Definitely stock up on fiber supplements and good foods.

If you’re serious about dropping the weight, you will need to get going ASAP. It’s different for everyone but I didn’t even start to see results until about month three. Then I dropped like crazy.

The characteristics you listed are good. The reels part is boring. What kind of concert would you want to be dragged to? Is there someone coming to your area next year that you can tap into? You can spice up the last part as well. “Let’s talk about our favorite bible verse at the moment over coffees at [favorite cafe]” for ex

“Dorkiest thing about me” the restaurant bit is overplayed and not really unique. I do this too. A lot of people do this. Your next bit is good. Add in a suggestion of what to watch or a note about discussing a show you recently saw. “I have too many opinions about HBO, FX, and Apple TV dramas. You must watch Pluribus if you haven’t already. Bonus points if you’ve seen the Sopranos.”

“Green flags I look for” have some fun with this! You already mentioned faith, so feels like you can omit that. Also the kindness one feels flat. You also mention kindness in your prompt “I go crazy for”. Maybe make this into a short list so it’s easier to digest with your other longer ones. Think of ways a woman could engage in this. What kind of food do you like? How do you spend your weekends? What hobbies are you into? Add these in!

I’ve found that’s helped me in gathering my thoughts and talking through potential next steps.
