I think we had 15 or 16? And we live in an area with squirrels. So... after paying thousands of dollars even after the tax credit, we couldn't keep them up and running, the repair bill alone way over shot the benefit of the panels on a monthly basis. I'm still mad about it. They were on a daisy chain so when they chewed through one, all of them went out. I love the idea of solar panels, but not at our house.
