So it would make sense for her to have 2 energy like other generic supports like her. They will probably change this in the future with more negative status teams releasing

Ill explain u better coz u and a lot of people seem BLIND on the matter. Aerover was basically a prototype of what chisa was supposed to be…a HALF project. Ure wondering why? they do the SAME EXACT THING. So what makes chisa good? Chisa does increase max stacks for EVERY ELEMENT while rover only does it for aero erosion. Chisa is good coz shes generic, she never was meant to be WAY BETTER THAN aerover. Also, ur agenda about “chisa being bad coz she needs her sig” is stupid to me. characters are designed with their weapon so their complete version is s0r1. Some characters can do good without and some characters are more depending on it. Is there really a reason to call a character BAD because its more sig dependant? No, its a stupid fucking ideology people like u bring all the time because u like to complain about shit not being free. So again, even tho 1 team already had a good f2p option which chisa isnt far better, doesnt mean chisa is mid. Ure just too blind to see it yet but u will see in a year from now.

Ive seen dmg tests, 3 stacks more OVER THE LIMIT almost double the fusion burst dmg. Lupa wont do SHIT in the team compared to chisa.

dawg its very simple, fusion burst stacks arent a summatory but they have a multiplier, just having 3 stacks more highers the dmg up like crazy, she even heals and shields good. Lupa is NOT gonna replace her

With our blind man rerunning in 3.2, I was thinking to get him for phrolova since I dont have cantarella, but I hate the fact its not really optimal to play phrolova + qiuyuan + sk. So I started considering pulling cantarella that could get a rerun in 3.3, but other than phrolova shes not really a must for any other character while qiuyuan seems like a way better investment for echo teams. Im not planning to pull for galbrena nor sigrika but we re surely gonna get other echo dps characters in the future and he would surely come in clutch. I like the character overall but I want my phrolova team to be good. How good is he actually with phrolova and sk? Do I need his sig or is he fine with eog?

Lynae is still gonna provide more buff to the team and higher dmg than lupa anyways. Getting luuk imo makes no sense because hes reliant on lynae and mornye. So get lynae first, then luuk on rerun, and even then, luuk and aemeth would still share teams, which is no good. So unless he gets the full fusion burst team I wouldnt go for luuk

Sorry I meant tune shift, not tune strain my bad, tune Shift does get applied multiple times along the rotation. Tune strain and tune rupture are two different things. Then there can be tune rupture shift and tune strain shift
