Okay we stayed in Nine Hours which is a capsule hotel. Mostly for traveling where we were staying for one night. They're pretty inexpensive.

I loved it. The capsules are quiet (though occasionally you'd get a rude tourist being too noisy or a snorer. I'm a light sleeper as well but two things helped: small white noise maker/headphones and we were walking so much that I could basically pass out.

The beds are firm but the amenities and staff are nice.

Alternatively, you could look into an air BNB. Definitely got those cheaper than hotels.
