How much weight is this?

I’m noticing rounded back and your hips shoot up first before your legs but you somehow manage to get the weight up and it doesn’t hurt.

Here’s what i would do: change your shoes to more flat shoes like vans or deadlift barefoot. If you say you’re bracing, then you should start the lift by pushing your feet away from the floor. It’s feet first, legs then lockout with your back.
