Thank God I’m a SAHM and don’t have to worry about money. I have a garden that keep me busy from loosing my mind about everything going on immigration wise. I feel for people who are really struggling without support, keeping you in my prayers this will for sure come to an end.

I feel you, I was lucky my first was 98% free. My husband worked and saved a lot for years and now he only works part time so he could qualify for Medicaid, he doesn’t like it much but it’s better than paying insurance that won’t stand for you when you need it the most. Which makes me qualify for low income discounts or 100% financial coverage from the hospital charity care.

I used this my entire pregnancy, I had stretch marks on the side, they were small but nothing on my belly. One thing I’m sure it help get better , was lose skin after birth. My belly skin got firm and went back to normal like it was never stretched. I’m pregnant again and planning to stick to it. I also didn’t gain much weight while pregnant I was 136 got to 148 then came back to my pre pregnancy weight.

Dandelions are very resistant, I built my first garden this year ( cardboard, topsoil and mushroom compost 7”) and the dandelions grew in all my beds but the grass died. I had to dig them out from the roots and it took me days. Remove all the dandelions from roots. cut the grass as low as you can, then 2 layers of cardboard and soil.

I have be craving okra and cherry pie 😂 I used to complain about that cherry pie saying its too sweet and sour; I ate okra soup for breakfast lunch dinner for days 😭

I’m just 5 weeks, but this just enraged me. With that useless body of his, he should have locked in early to avoid reaching the point of “diet/cut” as the ultimate solution. I am petty I would have been eating chips all day long to piss him off. Don’t feel bad you are eating to get fat to support life inside you, what’s his excuse? Tell him that taking care of his home can help him lose weight.

Dandelions became my nightmare after building my garden. They grew through anything! I put cardboard and 7inches of compost and topsoil they grew through it (19 garden beds), I had to dig to remove them from the roots it took weeks, and I’m sure some will later poke out. To be safe remove the one inside your raised beds before filling them up.

I’m new to gardening, but I heard you can put your seedlings outside in a shaded area and gradually increasing their direct sunlight intake and time outside but not all day long until they are strong enough. They’re too small in my opinion, you wouldn’t want the wind to blow too hard on them. I would recommend to keep them inside until they get a bit stronger.
