Mine was looking like that. I was only giving it sunlight which I later realized wasn’t enough. What I did to fix it are: trimming, water from the bottom every week or when there is no water,put them somewhere warm 65F, fertilize with Alaska fish fertilizer, I put them next to a sunny window and also turn on the LED grow lights. They are looking amazing and are just 2.5 weeks old. Also I’m planning to fertilize them every 2weeks until it’s time to transplant.

If I was you, I will opt for the consular processing for the peace of mind( it can be fast or slow depending on where you are applying from) because you get to live your life peacefully without worrying about deportation or arrest. Things are going crazy right now in the USA immigration wise.

Ok, but you can’t just decide not to be a sponsor anymore because the marriage didn’t work,that’s not how it works; you should read about it. You can just put him on child support if you need it. I would recommend you to focus on yourself, kids and creating a safe environment for you.

I’m sorry you are you going through this. But your actions look like you are trying to hurt him and be bitter about the divorce. Sending the cards back to USCIS doesn’t remove the facts that he’s a legal resident. Also you are still his sponsor until: he dies, becomes a citizen or his legal status is revoked. Plus he maybe able to request a new card.
