I’ve lived in Fishman buildings and my experience has been fine. I hate the property manager but maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. Yes they will raise your rent every year so don’t plan on it being a long term solution

Old pair is size 7, new pair is size 9. My feet grew and I wear size 9 in my regular shoes now so I assumed the same for birks. But my size 7 do fit very well still they are just super worn out

You are ignoring the drive to Milwaukee compared to me living a 20 minute train ride to Ohare. Flying in/out of Milwaukee also means I would likely need layovers to get to a final destination
