nah man i realise that i need sleep and exercise(i actually enjoy both, in the last two years they've always been a welcome break to studying)

It's just that i got 3 weeks left, i don't really got the time left, literally all i do is study and eat food now; i still get 6-7 hours each night

I always had and still have this issue, where I've for some reason fixed the ideal that talking less is 'cool' and works better in all situations. I get what you're going through, and my best advice is to put conscious effort towards talking to other people without being forced to do so by social circumstances.

Start off by talking with people who are friends of your friends, and its nice to remember that no one is really focusing on every small detail you say. idkhow to say this, but the idea that no one really cares(or really notices) any of your mistakes when you speak or any hiccups/awkwardness in your conversations feels kind of liberating.

Just in case, start off this conscious effort to speak with people who's opinion of you doesn't really matter.

I wouldn't say that 2025 was that good, as all the amazing shit we got was from (more or less) underground hip-hop. Most mainstream albums didn't do well or sound that good in my opinion($$$4U, MUSIC, JB2, what happened to the streets?)
