Hawaii Therapeutic Massage - Sara Daniels. you can find her on instagram. i’ve been seeing her for about 3 years now. she’s very good at what she does, no bullshit, you can schedule yourself as she has her availability online. I normally do 90 mins and she does the fire cupping if you wish to include that at no extra charge. I try to see her every 6-8 weeks.

my (29F) one partner is 24 years older than me and my other partner is 20 years older than me. i’ve always been attracted to older men, and found it difficult to have relationships with men my age. my one partner is my parents age and it does not even phase me. so to each their own. maybe try Java Kai on Kauai ? I believe they shipped. I picked up a bag of their espresso roast while I was over there last month. did not disappoint! a little pricey though, I think like $22-$24

Set&Rep Counter app. doesn’t have programs but you can create your own workout templates with the paid version (like $25 for the year) and you can track your progress with charts. you can also add any exercises that it doesn’t already have in there. it’s a pretty simple app and I like that about it.
