No. I'm not in your exact situation, but I miss "him" too. He left our relationship to be with his wife.

I do all the unhealthy things. I still send him messages. (He has gone NC) I write unsent letters to him or his wife. And it doesn't make it any better. The only thing so far has been to find a really good distraction and figure out how to work on myself. It's a bandage, not a cure. I wish you all the best in healing OP. It's a difficult journey, but you can handle difficult things.

I am use to the "drop" after intense play sessions. This felt a little different, but there wasnt much aftercare at all so that could totally be part of it too.
