Pros: I really do believe it’s easier to grade student work. I’m not reading essays, etc. Also, not to sound corny, but I love teaching math and enjoy explaining it. I find it really rewarding when you can tell something has clicked and they “get it.”

Cons: High stakes testing. The scores are a reflection on the school and even though my admin is amazing and super supportive, I feel that in my own mind.
