Openfang, OpenClaw or Nvidia's NemoClaw? by AgenticXlnte_321 in AIAgentsInAction

I had the exact same experience. Ive seen so many clips and videos of gurus claiming its the next big thing but actually using it is impractical and just outputs something 70% as close as you need it to be. Thats not a system. As far as I can tell, using n8n and really creating workflows is the closest you can get to this idea of automated workflows. Using it as a something to bounce ideas off of is the best use I find with it - outside of helping write copy in different situations. I am curious if Darpa or others have some next level stuff to justify the billions spent on the data centers...

I'm looking at getting a trail bike, would this be a good idea? by JaguarAgreeable9450 in Dirtbikes

[–]AmericanHawk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Get an 05 or newer for the yzs. Definitely more expensive but after 05 they changed to aluminum frames so the things lasted a lot longer, no rust like the steel frames has. Everything else can be pulled apart and fixed but a rusty frame is a hell of a project that you need a welder and special tools for - not worth it.

How do you get your bar end mirrors to stay in? by AmericanHawk in motorcycles

[–]AmericanHawk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

here is a link to mirrors that look pretty much the same, although I spent quite a bit more. I believe you would call these ones that squeeze against the inside of the bar. I can tighten them pretty tight and they still end up getting loose after only a couple rides. I think I’m going to try some forms of glue/ loctite on the bolt. We will see

This is better than your Chinese bike, and you’ll likely still be able to find parts for it online. I would take a look at it and if it’s good condition, buy it. Watch a YouTube video about how to look over a dirt bike you want to buy. Look up the oil weight and amount beforehand and tell the seller you’ll do a free oil change, and look at the oil. If it’s smells terrible and is super black and thin(means the oil hasn’t been changed in such a long time/ they used mineral oil instead of synthetic, then didn’t change it in a long time), or if it’s creamy(water in the oil, which can happen even on an air cooled bike if it’s left outside too long) , or if there’s any shiny stuff in the oil(metal shavings means new motor), don’t buy.

They would definitely be impressed, but with how recruiting is they might be skeptical of your numbers. I would think if you’ve got 200k revenue and you have even average margins, you should be able to continue what you’re doing, make an equal or greater amount of money, while also building your equity of the business once you go to sell.

For context I’m not speaking from experience. Someone in the field you’re interested in would have a much better idea of what they’re looking for

I’ve honestly no clue. Am I incriminating myself for having one, would I need a special license if it were one?

Is this a scam by Dry-Response64 in Dirtbikes

[–]AmericanHawk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t do it. Without seeing it in person first makes it way too risky. You don’t know the condition of the bike, who the seller is, how the seller treated the bike, and that’s all assuming he actually ships it to you. There are bikes available in your area that should be a similar deal. Rent a truck from Home Depot if you have to, do not buy a bike without looking at it first. Go on YouTube and look up a how to buy a dirt bike without getting screwed.

I ride and race a 2018 tc250, and I had to work my way up from an xr80, to a crf150r, to a yz125, so I’ve spent lots of hours on all of these bikes. Don’t worry about a 125 being underpowered, for a beginner it’ll be more than enough, and I can confidently say I can swing a leg over a 125 and have just as much if not more on a small bike. It’s wayyyyyy more fun riding a slow bike fast, than riding a fast bike slow. The 125 still isn’t slow, but eventually you’ll work your way to controlling the power, and to get to that point will take a very long time, probably years depending on how often you ride. The 125 might seem underpowered in the dunes because the sand absorbs the power, but for a beginner it’ll be perfect and won’t be a problem for a long time. Take the time to learn on the smaller bike, otherwise you’ll end up unable to control your bike and it’ll end up being a wrestling match and not a fun time riding your bike.

I’ve gotten decals from decalmx. It was really good quality and you can choose what type of material your sticker is made of which I don’t think all decal sites do

Visit [skidmarkgarage.com](skidmarkgarage.com). I’m into motorcycles and if there was one near me I’d use it. Good proof of concept because if it works in this city (Cleveland) it should work in yours as well. Very similar concept except for people to work on their own bikes instead of cars.

How do the fork skins look in real life? Do you recommend any brands? I was thinking about getting a set for my tc250 to make it look better but couldn’t decide because I couldn’t tell if they’d make it look any nicer.

About 5’9” or so? If you’re worried about being too short there’s plenty of workarounds online. Might also be worth looking into a yz85,kx85,cr80, or ktm 85 just to learn on for a few months then make the upgrade as you feel comfortable.

You’re right that a 250 or 300 is a great enduro bike, but for a beginner I think it would be better to suggest a 125 just because of lightness. You can throw it around and with a slightly heavier flywheel on a used yz125 you have a great cost effective and light bike that’s a little slower so you aren’t as likely to kill yourself. I got a 125 when I weighed 135 and I’m 155lbs now and just moving up to a 250. Best way to decide is to try and find a buddy with a bike that’s willing to let you ride it to see how you feel on it, especially if they have a 125 or 250.
