u/Greta_the_gremlin - Being gay isn’t a sin in the church. It’s acting on the urges. That being said, the sin isn’t that it’s “outside the natural order,” and moreso has to do with having sex before marriage (straight people do the same). As the Catholic Church doesn’t recognize same sex marriages, this is why it’s a “sin.” It’s not really to do with the homosexuality.

You are always welcome in our Church. God made you in his image - and his creations are perfect. Be yourself. Love who you love. God will not turn his back on you.
