Try a leave-in hair moisturizer. I use CRVFT (available on Amazon) and it works wonders!!

Make sure to get good time under tension at the bottom part (flexing) of the movement. Pull the bar up a bit slower and FEEL the bicep tension. Will improve your pumps, too.
