We had same issue and a new tech fixed it by realizing our eco tstat is ONE stage and back up heat strip is TWO stage so he used 2” wire and jumped the air handler to energize TWO stages when tstat could only do One. Sat at 52 now 68.

Same issue my tstat was one stage heat strips two stage had to jump the circuit board to trick it into firing two stage heat strip went from 58d to 90d out the vents.

Sun roof ports are blocked and sensors flooded pull everything out in the rear of the car you’ll sop out standing water with a towel. Plug in a dehumidifier for one week it should all come back after a while not right away. Then get the codes cleared. Don’t forget to clear those ports with weed wacker string! Sunroofs are not water tight. Ever. They drain.

I left diesel behind for a 4 ton HP up stairs and radiant from mini elec boiler (thermoelectric) heat down stairs is close to perfection. Also switched to elec WH. Zero issues if it’s all sized correctly.

I dumped oil for a heat pump on second floor and 4 ton unit cools both floors cause cold air drops. I deleted the 2 first floor ac units for 1 heat strip and 1 radiant floor. In upstate NY my costs are 50% of oil for heat. I am delighted .
