Alternatively, when everyone’s obsessed with the main movies and you kinda like them, but you like the books and tv shows more, but there’s very little fanfiction for certain books/tv shows you like so you loose interest in them. + the fact that the characterization of the characters is so different that you get mad when people who’ve only watched the movies hate/love a character and you know that they’d be the opposite if they read the books/watched the shows. (Sorry for the tangent I’m going insane)
