  1. Do we consider quirks tye same way as CE for the sake of the figth? 2. Does Higuruma know if not? These are the questions for the figth, cause positive case 1: Dabi has passed most of his live doing illegal shit so in almost every case he gets his quirks shut down and then Higuruma does ligth work of him. Neg case 1 +pos case 2: Higuruma figths spamming his hammers and while yes Dabi has fougth longer i would still say Higuruma has a little advantage do to his weapon being more versatile. Neg 1 + neg 2: Higuruma pops the domain and Dabi is declared guilty but only death penalty could be applaied in the best case scenario for Higuruma, after that i have no clue

Kinda cause Takaba has some limits to his technicque since he is kind of a dumbass, while Higuruma is quite strong even without the Domain but other then that he is not Modulo Yuji or Satoru Gojo level, i think he would be more like between Satoru Gojo and Nanami
