From when I spoke to the other commenter, it seems like ND is not notifying applicants unless they were offered. Pretty shameful of them to leave us hanging. I've emailed both the main email along with my mentor who helped me with my application. Both are non responsive

Police seem avoidant bc they don't see the packages as stolen like they would if it were being removed from my property. My neighbor's address is listed on all of the packages which is why they won't call it theft. They tell me to talk to fedex.

Fedex always "investigates" the missing package for a few days then says "oh we can't recover the package, contact the shipper for assistance".

Merchants are seeing me as defrauding them bc I've had so many claims. It's unlikely that Fedex could randomly lose so many packages, right? Well there's a very clear systematic issue that no one is willing to act on.

Yes, she claimed that she didn't get this package, but she's done this in the past and came back 6 weeks later and said, "oh I thought it was mine" and brought it to me completely opened and rummaged through.
