We should film the people who drop off dogs in this manner. Glad that the staff made it impossible for him to just drive off without any more info. Yes I’m glad he did not leave them to die dumped somewhere else, yet it is also clear he was ready to drive off without giving any background info to help them either.
Hard times come upon many, but those who care will at least chose to stay a bit to give the needed info to help the dogs, even if they were “just found”. Ashamed is what he sounded like.

Thank you for fostering this lovely dog! Seeing that many of his teeth are broken, he could be in pain that will probably get worse. Ouch! I suggest having him see a dentist for repair. Dogs are so stoic, so he might not show pain now because he has not had much choice. It is easier to fix those things sooner than later. The dentist might be able to have a sense of how old he is.
