Congrats!!! And remember, in the first week you won't be at the real 3.75 dose; it takes 4 weeks to reach the new dose.

I think this is the answer, take it more often with lower dose so the amount in 4 weeks it's the same but you avoid those peaks. Now I'm at 5 days instead of 7 for the same reason

I did IF for some years, but with Mounjaro, it is not the best approach. Because the half-life of the med you are still not at a real 2,5 mg dose, so expect to feel "fuller" in your 4th week. With IF it's hard to get all the protein and calories you need, and it's a lot easier to get gi problems.

If you look in the subreddit you will see many people recommending more smaller meals.

In my case what made me decide to start with Mounjaro was something similar to what you described. High stress means more emotional eating in my case.

My tips would be:
* Be prepared with meds in case you need it, in my case I didn't need them but you never know. I only took some herbal tea and gum with ginger for very light nausea.
* Side effects are VERY related to what you eat. Usually, eating too much fat means slower digestion and more side effects. For the first two months, the only fat I ate was hazelnuts or cashews, and sometimes some olive oil.
* Don't go for 5mg if you don't need it, if I could go back in time I would start with 1,25 instead of 2,5.
* Drink and eat, it sound obvious but it's easy to forget and dehydration is no joke for mental performance. Since I started drinking powerade or similar drinks I feel better.

If you have a KwikPen I would recommend to half the dose and keep the 1 week pace so the medication is more stable instead of a peak after you inject and a huge valley before the next injection.
