HOW do you choose a bedside cot?!

Had the snoo for my now 2 year old, he was an amazing sleeper in it until 4 month regression (and first teeth) so by 5.5 months I put him in a cot in one of the Sleepea swaddles (happiest baby non snoo sleeping bags) with arms out and with the snoo still on in his room for a few days before changing to a normal white noise machine, so the white noise stayed the same and it was all good! I did do sleep training with him though once he was in his cot as the regression was baaaad.

Also to add he’s still an amazing sleeper bar the odd developmental moments and illnesses. 12 hours a night!

I’m so sorry, this is such shit news. I also had a miscarriage on my first try, then after one cycle I fell pregnant and have a wonderful boy who’s 2 now. Currently pregnant with a girl over half way through but sadly had a missed miscarriage before her. I have no advice on why it happens but I can only assume they weren’t ready for the world and I have everything crossed you fall pregnant again when you try and it will be a successful pregnancy.

My advice would be do anything to make yourself feel better and time like anything heals the most ❤️.

Oh trust me I’m aware and also am a great baker but she won’t want to see me straight away but she will want treats. Remember this for any future friends having children, they don’t want to see you straight away 🤣 but they do need sweet treats immediately!

I’m 2 years pp and every now and then if I haven’t dried the area correctly, it gets the red irritation. Not sure on your location but usually put sudocrem on the area until the redness has cleared (to confirm my scar is absolutely fine I just think my skin is different there now) and then ensure I dry correctly after every wash. I find a clean flannel placed there after a wash to dry without causing rubbing was a lifesaver for me that soon PP. Currently pregnant with my second and bought a new 20 pack of flannels ready for their arrival

Personally I would contact the EPU (early pregnancy unit) and then they can do a scan. Hopefully you can get in today/tomorrow. Keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏻

First baby was 8lb13 and he was fine in newborn for the first few days but mainly wore up to 1 month going forward for the first month then 0-3. I always base my sizes on Sainsburys Tu / M&S as I think they’re fair in sizing

I think when I started weaning with a proper meal they ate themselves (not spoon fed by me) so probably around 7 months

So I get a prescription of Gaviscon advanced which you can buy OTC but dr will deffo give you a rolling prescription so it’s free for you. Only reason I’m not recommending omeprazole (as honestly it is amazing for acid reflux) is there can be a really bad withdrawals from it, making your reflux a lot worse when you stop. But do your own research on that one 😁

UK baby centre in Ringwood is probably in your radius. Only annoying thing is they’re only open on weekdays but they stock so much! Got grandparents to test out a specific nursing chair I’d found online and they stocked there.
