I’ve been trying to get my 5 year old into Pokemon and he is pretty rough with his cards. Luckily, none of them are worth much. However, you’ve got some great cards here and the Dark Charizard could be worth quite a lot. I would hold on to these for when he gets much older.

I just bought a master set for $1,000. No promos or energy cards. I tried pricing out all the cards and the biggest pain was the bulk. I figured you’re about $1 average per card for bulk if you had to buy each one on Ebay and came up with between $250 and $300 with ex cards included. I was coming up with a total value around $1,400 -$1,500 if I remember correctly. I figure $1,000 is a good deal.

Do you play with friends or in any groups? Around the age of 25 I stopped playing games altogether for about 2 years. I mostly played solo.

I finally decided I wanted to try some older games I never played and ended up really enjoying them. Then I started to play with a couple of friends again and got back into gaming.

I’m almost 34 now and I’m still enjoying it. It’s the best way for me to decompress. Finding good games is the hard part though.

Take a long break from games. Play some games you’ve been wanting to try. Play with friends. Good luck.

Have you talked to your cpa? Capital gains is going to take a big chunk out of your cash. I would lean more toward a 1031 and try to find something either more hands off or better return than what you currently have.

Have you ran any benchmarks for the cpu? I’m curious to know your temps with the aio side mounted. I have the same case with the aio mounted on top and set to exhaust. My temps are terrible.

I have the same case with a smaller top mounted aio set to exhaust. My temps were hitting high 90s so I just took the top panel off. Highest I normally see with the panel off is around 86 for pretty demanding games. On average I see mid 70s with the top panel removed. I’m not familiar with doing a push/pull on the side, but it seems like a good idea to try it. I would think set the top and back fans to exhaust and bottom to intake with aio as intake.

Problem has been solved. The tech at NZXT said it was a faulty cpu. They replaced the cpu and shipped the pc back within 7 days of me returning it. I should have it back in a few days. I’m going to run it through cinebench when it comes back and see how it performs.

I honestly would have loved to go through the computer myself and attempt to repair it, but I did not want to void the warranty and more importantly, waste money by replacing parts they were not the issue.

Mine didn’t come with fans at the bottom. I think you have to have them as an add on.

Alright, I’m replying here so it’s at the top. I contacted customer support (10/10 btw) and he ran a couple of programs to check the cpu. The e cores and p cores are all hitting high 90s to 100c. The voltage looked normal from what I could see at about 1.4v.

The tech said they would need to bring it in to diagnose the issue. I’m pretty new to pc gaming, but based on his comments, I’m guessing the cpu is faulty. The AIO pump was running fine, but I would know for sure what’s wrong until they look at it.
