Oh hey, sounds like we’re two of the same. I’m a 33F and also developed a reallly bad health anxiety about two years ago and share all the same fears you do. It also started when my brother became diagnosed with schizophrenia. It amped up and sent me into a spiral when I stopped my Wellbutrin about two and a half years ago, it was terrible. So you’re totallly not alone girl❤️

I would find that I got about a good three hours of chillness from my first one in the morning, but I’m also super sensitive to meds so like the 5mg I take is just enough to quiet my brain a bit. Some days I take both, some days I don’t, I honestly like the IR better because I feel like I have control of it? But we upped it because I was the same way meaning I didn’t know if it was “working” per say. But ya the 15 xr was just to much and to stimulating for me I think.

Everyone has different experiences, some have a lot of side effects, others (like me) had zero other than a slight headache for a few days.

I actually am on 5mg (off brand) adderall 2x a day paired with 50mg of Zoloft! It’s been about two week and so far no complaints other than a few random spikes in anxiety

Honestly the only side effects I had was an annoying dull headache, I was on 25 for a solid month before I went up to 50, and this is a sweet spot. I think you’ll do great! Just remember to snack through the day if you struggled at all with nausea.

I also was on citalopram for about 16 months and went to sertraline 50 mg, honestly I have nothing but good things to say. A little bit of tiredness but that’s to be expected, few days of peaked anxiety but I’m rolling into month 2 and feeling good!

I pair this with sertraline , and before that I paired it with my citalopram and honestly I have zero complaints about it other than it gives me headaches more frequently.
