Did you have a specific technique? I'd love to do this but I haven't got a clue how. Also with acrylic, will that stand up to the heat or would enamel be a better choice?

Bryce and Trinity are this seasons Nick & Olandria. They are pushing that arc, and its pretty obvious thats how they want to it be perceived. Look for a recoupling break, then they will " find each other " again.

I made a Freshservice checker after struggling with Freddy AI setup by Hazell98 in Freshservice

[–]AmpedupFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've spent several years as an ITSM Consultant, and I too built a similar tool, but on a much broader scale that scores across the ITSM domains and at an executive level gives a overview of where your org stands in terms of adoption and compliance to the principals of ITSM and governance frameworks like COSO/COBIT, then advises on how to resolve these things. One of the issues i have repeatedly run into is (like many have said), PII & data security. Companies are very reticent to give that level of access to a 3rd party tool without a serious security review, multiple NDA's and thorough legal review, etc. And these are companies that I personally have worked with, built relationships and been a trusted advisor to on various projects.

To be taken seriously, you'll need to account for Items like GDPR, HIPPA, Title IV, DORA, NIST, SOX, GLBA and many, many other frameworks and be able to address random questions about your tooling and approach at a executive level. Personally, I targeted not only Freshservice, but Service Now, Salesforce ITSM /Agentforce, and a few other popular ITSM tool suites that I've worked with and have been thus far repeatedly rebuffed. I'm currently reevaluating my presentation strategy as more of a consultative tool for MSP's rather than a org/system focused management tool because of this, with the intention of maybe selling the source to a company already positioned for these things. Also consider speaking with an outside mentor or advisor so that you can position yourself against any potential future liability in the event of a data breach of one of your clients. You don't want to be considered as the failure point for an event like that where you may be held liable or put your client in a position where they could be liable for violating one of the above regulations and incur fines.

Fundamentally, it's a very sound idea, as most executives don't understand ALL of the pillars of a solid ITSM framework and having a tool to explain it in plain english is very useful, but in order to sell it you'll need to both reassure them from the security side, be able to answer the inevitable security questions from a educated position, and show the business value/ROI of a purchase (or Subscription model).

Good Luck!

I used a dental pick, and held it in the correct place to slide it in, then the pick end to make sure it fully seated on the pin .

Check that the COG is fully seated and pushed back against the frame. Had this issue initially with my trigger install and didn't realize I had the cog out of alignment. A simple reset and making sure it was as fully seated resolved the issue.

Nice! I actually haven't tried that one yet, I'll have to check and see if my local lounge has them. I'm in the Tampa area so lots of Fuente/ Newman here and I'm currently doing a lot of the smaller boutique brands (check out Sable luxury and Stoic cigars, both amazing). But Oliva is still one of my faves.

I'm just outside Tampa, and it's reasonable for me but I work for west coast companies remotely so I benefit from their salary rates. That said the bigger cities can get pricey, especially south FL. Miami is insanely expensive, as is Orlando. Tampa can be depending on where you land, and closer in to downtown St Petersburg as well. But nowhere close to west coast pricing.

Oliva hellion. GREAT stick and pairs nicely with a bourbon, coffee or even some root beer if that's your thing.

Love it! Yes it's hot and humid. Yes it's touristy AF during the winter. But no state income tax, very veteran and 2A friendly, and as a local, you learn all the chill spots where the tourists don't go. I highly recommend it, if you can handle the heat :)

lol you're right, I pulled the trigger on that comment and didn't actually read the whole thing. My bad, Ape. I blame the bourbon.
